KNOWLEDGE

Theoretical, Factual

*Possessing theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks with updated information, practice equipments and other resource on basic level based on qualifications gained at secondary education level.

*The student possesses basic level of theoretical and practical knowledge based on textbooks with updated information about the field of health; equipments, applications and other resources.

*The student has the knowledge of attaining the information about health care, evaluating and applying it.

*The student defines the importance of ethical principles and ethic commitees for the individuals and society.

*Students can define developmental skills of normally developing children and children with special educational needs

*Students understand the relationship between the aim, importance and principles of preschool education

*Students earn the information needes in applicating preschool activities

*Students can define theories of development

*Students acquire ethical principles and rules related to his/her field

*Students can recognize tools and materials used in educational activities

SKILLS

Cognitive, Practical

*Gaining the skills to use basic level theoretical and practical knowledge acquired within the field in the same field of a higher education level or in a field of same level.

*Interpreting and evaluating data, define problems, do analysis, produce solutions based on proof with using basic level knowledge and practices gained within the field.

*The student interprets and evaluates the acquired basic knowledge and skills within the healthcare field, defines the problems, analyzes them and produces solutions depending on applications

*The student uses basic computer programs and related technologies about the healthcare field.

*Students can distinguish the differences between several preschool education programs

*Students gain the abilities related with planning and practicing prescholl education programs

*Students gain the ability to apply the methods and techniques used in educational programs

*Students can develop materials appropriate for age and developmental characteristics of preschool children

*Students take an active role in the teamwork during the education process.

Autonomy & Responsibility

*Conducting studies at basic level within the field independently.

*Taking responsibility as a team member in order to solve unexpected complex problems faced in the implementations within the field.

*Conducting activities towards the development of subordinates within a project.

*The student executes a given task independently by using basic knowledge of healthcare field.

*The student takes responsibility as a team member in order to solve the problems or unexpected problems encountered in implementations of healthcare field.

*The student manages activities for the developments of employees under his/her responsibility in a framework of project.

*Students take an active role in social responsibility projects appropriate with the social and cultural characteristics of environmet with the awareness of social responsibility

*Evaluating the acquired knowledge and skills at basic level within the field with a critical approach, determine and respond to learning needs.

Communication & Social

*Transferring the ideas based on the basic knowledge and skills acquired within the field through written and oral communication.

*Sharing the ideas and solution proposals to problems about issues within the field with professionals and non-professionals.

*Following the developments in the field and communicate with peers by using a foreign language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio *A2 General Level.

*Using informatics and communication technologies with at least a minimum level of European Computer Use License Basic Level software knowledge.

*The student informs the relevant people and institutions on issues related to the healthcare field; The student transfers thoughts and solutions to problems in written form and orally.

*The student shares his/her thoughts and solutions about healthcare field with experts and non-experts.

*The student contributes the activities and projects for the social environment with the conciousness of social responsibility.

*The student monitors the developments in the field by using a foreign language at least a level of European Language Portfolio A2 General Level and communicates with his/her colleguages.

*The student uses informatics and communication technologies with computer software at least a level of European Computer Driving License basic level.

*The student monitors events and developments in the field of health on the agenda of the world and The student is sensitive about the developments.

*Students communicate effectively with children, families, colleagues and associations related with the field

*Students develop professional ethics and responsibility

Students follow developments and can be sensitivite to the events related to his/her field.

Occupational and/or Vocational

*Possessing social, scientific, cultural and ethic values on the stages of gathering, implementation and release of the results of data related to the field.

*Possessing sufficient consciousness about the issues of universality of social rights, social justice, quality, cultural values and also, environmental protection, worker's health and security.

*The student acts in accordance with scientific, cultural and ethical values in the phases of collecting, applying the data related to the healthcare field and announcing it.

*The student acts in accordance with quality management and its process and participate in this process.

*The student has sufficient conciousness of individual and public health, environmental protection and occupational safety.

*The student acts as an individual in accordance with the rules of professional ethics and laws, legislations and regulations about duties, responsibilities and rights.
