In addition to improving the quality of education every passing day, our university also aims to provide better accommodation opportunities for our students. In this context, considering the physical condition, capacity and accessibility to our educational units, some buildings were rented by the Credit and Dormitories Institution and converted into dormitories. As of today, there are 450 girls' and 450 boys' dormitories in the city center of Şırnak under the Credit and Dormitories Institution. Again, there are many private student dormitories, guesthouses belonging to public institutions, hotels, apartments and private apartments that can be rented under suitable conditions to meet the accommodation needs of our students in the city center of Şırnak. To date, none of our students studying in the city center of Şırnak or in the districts have encountered serious problems in terms of accommodation.

In addition to all this, taking into account the rapidly increasing student capacity of our University, priority has been given to the construction of dormitories that can accommodate a large number of male and female students within the Campus Area, and the construction work for the planned new dormitories has been initiated.
